To receive wholesale pricing, your company
information and tax I.D. resale certificate are
required. Orders will be shipped by a major
credit card by through our online payment
system.

If ordering custom designs, please let us know
the quantity, color(s), overall height and
length of the design and the desired
material(s).
ORDER CHANGES / BACK
ORDERS
Add-ons, deletions or order
cancellations are not possible because of the
speed of our order processing. Please check for
accuracy ad completeness prior to calling in
your order.
SETUP CUTTING FEES
There will be a charge of $24.00 for setup
cutting fees on all new orders. On repeat
orders, setup fees are charged on orders that
are 12 pieces or less.
SEW DISK FEES
For appliqué orders, there will be a one time
sew disk charge to produce an embroidery file
for your design, letters or numbers. Pricing
will vary on each order, please contact us for a
quote.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped by post unless otherwise
specified. All orders are shipped FOB from New
Visions warehouse. |
PAYMENTS
All orders are COD unless otherwise specified.
We accept payment through our online PayPal
system. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express as method of credit card payment. We
also accept company checks and money orders.
Please note if paying by company checks, please
allow 5-7 days for funds to clear before your
order is shipped out.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We guarantee to replace any item that is
defective in materials and workmanship free of
charge, within 30 days of delivery. We cannot be
held responsible for products which have been
laundered with soaps containing bleach, or harsh
detergents with bleach or bleach particles.
RETURNS
Stock letters and numbers can be returned,
damage free, prepaid freight, with a 20%
restocking fee, within 30 days. Returnable stock
letters and numbers must meet the following
criteria;
- Unopened packs
- Thermo Film or Poly Twill
- Black or White
- Pro Block or Varsity foregrounds
- 2", 3" Letters or 4", 6", 8" Numbers
Custom / Non-Stock items cannot be returned.
Custom designs and items cut to order from
non-stocked colors, styles or fabrics are
non-returnable because these items have been cut
specifically for you.
If your order is damaged due to freight carrier,
New Visions must be notified immediately and
product must be returned in the original
packaging no later than 30 days of the invoice. |
